Darwin Property Investment Management
Darwin Property Investment Management Ltd was established with the aim of providing investors with investment solutions by offering products that generate absolute returns. Traditionally, investors have relied heavily on historical returns which have favoured equities, while the benefits of diversification were discounted in favour of positively-correlated bond and equity returns.

Whilst fund managers are constrained by adherence to benchmark concepts, (and risk is defined as deviation from the benchmark), we recognised the value of moving away from this practice to construct products that are benchmark-aware but not benchmark-related.

Our products will be alternative. They will be based on a sound business evaluation, the opportunity to create substantial long-term shareholder value and offer investors significant returns over the weighted average cost of capital.

Our first product, The Darwin Leisure Property Fund, will achieve this goal. It combines a secure yield that is well in excess of inflation with business strategies that create sustainable shareholder value.

The managers want to transform the Carry on Camping image of caravan parks to attract more of a Kate-Mossat- Glastonbury type of crowd. View this article & more here>>
